How to blacklist an email address

To blacklist an email address, do the following:

Step 1: Click on Blacklist on the left side of your dashboard to access the Blacklist page.

Step 2: On Suppression list, as in the part labelled 1, you can import suppression list, Export, or Delete all, as in the part labelled 2. You can also search through a list of suppressed emails as shown in the part labelled 3.

Step 3: Click on Import suppression list as in the part labelled 1 to access different import options as shown in the part labelled 2.

On Blocked domains as seen in the part labelled 1, , use the different options in the part labelled 2 to import domain names.
